PAYMENT
Michael Del Piero GOOD DESIGN will accept check, Visa or MasterCard. Please call us during business hours to arrange for payment.
SHIPPING
Our items are unique, oddly sized/shaped, fragile or otherwise exceptional. For these items, standardized shipping information is inadequate. We must respond to the specific requirements of each of these items and prepare a shipping/delivery quote for you.

RECEIPT AND INSPECTION
Upon receipt of your goods, items should be inspected for damage/discrepancies within three days and within this time frame you must notify Michael Del Piero GOOD DESIGN of any issues via email, phone (773.772.3000) or fax (773.772.3001).
